Mobikwik — refund of electricity bill payment

I had given order for electricity bill payment but it had been failed i don't know what was the reason i ordered on 13th march i received email that you will get refund of ₹790/- within 7 to 10 days but uptill now i didn't get any amount. Everyday i open app but it shows under progress. My invoice no is mk[protected] dt[protected]. I don't know what to do. Why they are so careless our honorary pm says go digital. If this happens who will go digital. Manohar matta

I paid R.S - 230 through mobikwik wallet for buy a purchase from eBay. But this purchase I return and eBay refund my money 23/03/18 but mobikwik can't not refund my money in my wallet . eBay refund reference no is LMBK[protected]. Plz help me to get my money as soon as possible. My mobikwik wallet no is [protected]. Why I not refund my money ?
