Mobikwik — refund of failed transaction of mob no [protected]

On 30th august i had added 1600 in my mobiqwik wallet and went for shopping. While making payment of rs 500 at store he tried twice and told me transaction not successful. Also i had no transaction shown in my wallet. But my amount 500x2 (Rs 1000) was deducted. When i complained to mobiqwik about refund they informed me that i have to wait 7-10 days for refund. But after 10 days now they are saying that i have to get written letter from merchant that they have not received the payment. Since my wallet is not showing any transaction so how could i ask from merchant. Kindly resolve my issue and credit my account asap.

I have booked the ticket in wrong date need to cancel the ticket immediately...
I wrongly selected the google play making the payment actually i am searching for tsnpdcl for making the payment of electricity bill...requst u to plz cancel recharge of google play and get my balance back...thanks ravinder kothi [protected]
