[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Refundable amount not received and balance debited unknown transaction

Refundable amount didn't credited in my wallet after mobikwik confirmation mail. Amount Rs. 223.2 Transaction ID MMBK[protected] mail Date 09.09.2014. Secondly, My wallet debited with Rs. 682.2 to ebay. Dated 09.09.2014, I never place any order in this amount and in this date. I have not received any transaction mail and SMS of this transaction. I have already complain to mobikwik help line but they are saying "system not showing information regarding boboth of transactions. Please look into the matter and credit both of payment in my mobikwik wallet. I am sending image of mail and my wallet transaction history.
