Dear sir, This is sathyanarayanan.s from chennai.i had paid tata docomo post paid([protected]) bill using your website through hdfc credit card on 04.01.15 and 10.01.15 (rupees 278+278)two times. The two transaction i made was debited in hdfc credit card.But the tatadocomo customer care said they were unable to claim the amount.Regarding this i try many times to your customer care.But there is no response.Please kindly follow this complined and refund my amount rupees 278+278=556
