[Resolved] Mobikwik — Regarding Amount not credited to my wallet | |||||
I have tried to add money 2000/- in my wallet on 3rd Sep 2016 using Promo Code '3sep16'... at the last stage of my transaction my mobile app saw that transaction failed and at a same time I received massage from my bank that amount 2000/- is debited from your account... i have complaint about this to mobikwik but they are not responding at all. please help me... Sep 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I got email from mobikwik that they dont't received money and my bank said that they have debited money to mobikwik..
