Mobikwik — regarding cash back | |||
Hi, Its related to my ticket number 6843620. I recharged my number with rs 400 and applied coupon code dosti that was flshed as successsful. But the cashback wasnt received. I raised the ticket. But the reply that i am getting is quite illogical. First thing they said was that coupon code applied was unsuccessfull.in mobikwik, if no coupon code is applied, 10% of supercash amount is used. But that didnt happened in my transaction, it means coupon code was sucessfully applied. Plz check issue Was this information helpful? | |||
