This is a friendly mail regarding my zip payment, i made payment on time on 30/11/2022 due date from mobikwik zip tab and amount were deducted from my account and its all done from my end, but it's not reflected your zip app and showing overdue amount.
I received lots of calls from collection team but no one can resolved. Very poor service and embarrassing experience, day by day my cibil hampering.
