Mobikwik — Regarding recharges

As we were recharging our Airtel 9035637*** number on Flipkart recharge, were mobikwik asked otp of our bank we typed otp and sent, amount was deducted but the recharge was not done amount deducted is 399 by ZAAK EPAYMENT
So plz help us to refund our money
