Mobikwik — Regarding refund not credited in my bank account | |||
I have done a transaction dated 01.03.2021 but during the transaction process, it failed due to some technical reasons and the amount of 16, 374/- has been deducted from my bank account. And the refund has not been credited in my account till today. Your mobikwik order id mbk[protected] showinbg "refund to bank" message i.E. According to your company the amount has been refunded to my bank account but i have not received the amount in my bank account till date. I have registered a complaint ticket no. 18523212.
