Hello i can’t open my mobikwik acc. I can’t use the isntant credit rupees from my mobikwik id because it is not open. The written message on the screen when i try to open mobikwik account is “user is disabled”. So kindly please resolve my problem and Call me on my no.[protected]. The customer care no. Sir, I do a UPI transaction on 1st august . amount is RS 1952.3 . and order id - 58f07a8d751f7. and rrn[protected]. this transaction was unsucessfull but money is not refund. please solve my problem.
