Mobikwik — Same charge 2 time done

Hello sir 1 problem is this i done IDEA Company recharge on this no-[protected] on 21 march 1st time approx 11.15 pm recharge done but amount not deduct in my mobikwik account so i thought recharge is not done so i again done same amount recharge on this number approx 11.43 PM and that time both amount in one shot deducted so whats my fault in this case please refund my 294 rs amount and cancelled the recharge but this amount benefit not give by company 2 times so thats why please help me in this case otherwise i cant trust mobikwik next time thanks
