Mobikwik — service not provided,after getting money | |||||
I opt mobikwik to recharge my mobile number number [protected], and the plan chosen was of rs 348. I made payment through my debit card on 15/10/2017. After completion of payment i received transaction id — 55b92f7459e2d, & ophpg780475 mobikwik gurgaon. Soon after payment a message was received also on mobile but mobile in fact was not recharged it was dead for all practical purpose. I brought this in notice of mobikwik customer care, they acknowledged my complaint and complaint was given id number — 1739874, till date problem is not resolved and now the mobile that my daughter was using has left india hence, now i want the refund of rs348 and hope a favorable step will soon be initiated for getting my refund With regards, C s jain Was this information helpful? | |||||
