Someone Used my Mobikwik account and used all my zip wallet balance (rs22240).I tried to call customer care many times but not connected, I complained on this mail ([protected]@mobikwik.com) also but no reply came from there.There after I have complained in cybercrime cell. and I have complaint same in Mobikwik help section, there after my Mobikwik account disabled by your side.But no action has been taken from your side, and again and again threatening calls are being made from your side to pay the amount used, and the penalty is also increasing which is gone 22240 to 25990. So I am requested you to kindly take action on this, otherwise kindly find out its solution. Was this information helpful? |
