Mobikwik — still pending my money refund

Hi all i filled petrol two times from mobikwik and that amount was deducted from my bank account but not received to petrol pump and then again i use mobikwik again for online amount send and again money deducted from my bank but its did not received to petrol pump, i complaint lot of times to mobikwik and they said we will refund your money in 15 days but still i did not received from last 4 months and now they never response to my mails i have ref no also as below pleasae help me to get back my refund that transuction was 6 sept 2019.
