Mobikwik — super user in groffer.com

I am not able to user super cash both in mobikwik app and mobikwik website
1) it does not allow me to use the super cash say add money. Why?
2) it does not allow me to use the s super cash when i pay the electricity bills more than 3400/- indian rupees
3) it does not allow me to use the s super cash when i paid the dth bill
4) it does not allow me to use the super cash when i paid the prepaid mobile

5) today 24/july/2018, it shows i can use 100% super cars or 200 super case, but at the time of checkout it is not showing the super case deduction, infect the promo code is invalid in

6) i am requesting to mobikwik, please do not cheat people, and refund me the money or allow to convert super cash into actual money
