Mobikwik — supercash utilization restrictions by company which are unfair | |||||
After complaining to you earlier mobikwik has allowed only rs.100 use of supercash against recharges and bill payments whereas earlier it allowed indiscriminately - customers were happy till then but now everywhere customers are unhappy since cashbacks are going waste-the company is allowing usage of supercash maximum against food and that too only in a very few outlets which are also reluctant in allowing its use. Kindly prohibit mobikwik from using such unfair trade practices-cashback earned is the customers money and no company can put restrictions on it - it should be as good as ready cash. I am sure mobikwik must have lost many of its customers or they must have restricted their transactions through mobikwik. Hope the action is taken instantly from your end in public interest. Many a times mobikwik doesn't reply to tickets raised by us - this is not a fair policy again-they say that the tickets have expired whereas they never replied to our earlier tickets at all. However since 1st February I am not able to locate my account.I got last transaction updates on 31st january but since then there is no trace of my account.
