Mobikwik — They are not Giving me my Refund

Hello, I had cancel the transaction [protected] on 14 July for amount of 6400/- for Mobikwick wallet, on the same day i cancel the transaction still the money is not refunded yet, why mobikwick providing such useless services to customer. i am going to fire complaint in Consumer court now.
