Mobikwik — ticket cancelled by bus operator and same is not reflecting on mobikwik | |||||
Dear sir, I have booked a bus ticket from visakhapatnam to chennai through mobikwik. The ticket had been cancelled by bus operator and still it is not reflecting in the mobikwik app. When i tried to reach out to them through help service, it is showing invalid login id. I tried to call them feign the customer care number and they are not responding. Ticket pnr - b2xsknxj. I would appreciate your help in this case.
