Mobikwik — transaction failed but amount not credited to bank a/c (mk[protected]) | |||||
I am very much disappointed regarding mobikwik service. I did a transaction of bill payment amounting of rs - 900/- on 23rd nov 2018. My transaction ref id was "mk[protected]" due to some technical issue transaction was failed and get revert from mobikwik that refund money will reflected in my bank a/c with in 7-10 days. But still it has not reflected in my bank a/c. I had already raised a complain to mobikwik help desk with ticket no "9900572" on dated 5th dec 2018.. But still i have not received any positive feedback from mobikwik side.. So requested to you please resolved the issue and get back the money into my account.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
