Mobikwik — Transaction failed n dont know where the money is neither in wallet nor with merchant

I have deposit Rs11000 on 25 th april 2017 at icici bank mumbai reference id 54c426de435df, transaction id m3385656, tickit no -#6497205, mobile no-[protected] but still havnt get wallet update, i have make so many complaint but there is no responce from mobikwik, so kindly request either update wallet or refund my amount .
