Mobikwik — Transaction failed when paid through wallet and money blocked in mobikwik wallet | |||
Date of Incident; 13-Mar-2016 3:06 PM Tracking Incident: 4600885 Description: I have been using MobikWik wallet quite some time. May be since an year back. However, i keep facing issues with MobikWik wallet. Recently, i tried to pay my Broadband (ACT Corp) bill through MobikWik on 13-Mar-2016. However, since there was no balance in my MobikWik wallet, i had to add cash using my HDFC Credit card. After passing through card authentication for 1175/- INR, transaction fails and now the amount is blocked in MobikWik. I tried to use the same amount again to re-pay, but i get the same transaction error. When i raised a ticket with MobikWik (Tacking number# 4600885) requesting to credit my amount back to my credit card, i got reply from the customer support is to install MobikWik app and transfer money on my own. Now the wonderful resolution they give is that they charge 4% on the transferring amount to my account. Which is completely deceiving customer and making out money from customer's wallet. Desirable Solution: In such failure transactions, money has to be credited back to the source account from where it has come. Company should not come up with such cheap tricks to make money from customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
