[Resolved]  Mobikwik — transaction got failed but money has deducted

My transaction got failed but amount has deducted from my mobikwik wallet but still I have not received refund already 15 days completed and 14 the date 1000 rupees and 18 the date 5000 rupees and already raised the complaint to Phonepay but they told pls raise complaint to mobikwik.what I will do my money has pending no solved any one.please dolved
