Sir i want the transaction history of my account because someone i give money from my wallet but i have give permission to take money from my wallet but i will give this money for havan and this person will receive my call

I clicked Add money to wallet, but money got debited from my account Rs.500
but didn't got added to my Mobikwik wallet.
