I have spend some amount approx 7k in the month of dec21 bill generated which I have to pay before 20Dec.
I was unable to pay due to some technical issue in the app I raise my concern to customer service they provide me sms link to pay with penalty charges I paid 8249 Rs with penalty charges although there's no delay from my side.
Payment status not updated till Jan 22 after that I got message to pay approx 11k to settle the same now the app working and I paid the same again approx 11 k which was updated in app.
Now I am asking for the payment of rs 8249 from last 2 month still no reply from their end always getting repeated answer we are working on it.
Again I was transferring amount 3000 from mobikwik wallet to bank which was stuck while processing and got message to get same refund within 5-7 working days that amount also not refunded.
I would request to consumer forum to take strict action against the Mobikwik which is doing unethical activity with customer and taking casually. Was this information helpful? |
