I have been continuously following up with MOBIKWIK CUSTOMER CARE and logging complaints regarding the ambiguities on my wallet history transactions, but from past several months i have not received any resolution from any of their CUSTOMER SUPPORT, i have been told every time that my query will be resolved and it has been escalated to zip or emi team but i have not received any resolution from past 4 months.
plus its showing pending payment on MOBIKWIK wallet and there are continuous calls from some ### recovery team every month, plus my cibil score has also gone down due to all their faulty business due to which i am facing severe problems,
Attached are the images of history and SUPPORT tickets, in history on jun 17th it shows LOAN CREDited of rs 10435 twice and shows zip bill paid but no amount was CREDited...on june 17th i paid again rs 3928 which also did not got updated, on july 28th i recieved refund of rs 1490 from irctc which again did not got updated in wallet...at last i paid rs 16069 bill with penalty for the zip bill of rs 10435 mentioned above, since my cibil score got down to stop further wastage of my cibil score i paid this amount...in tickets raised the top ticket no 26663985 raised on 2nd Sept it is still unresolved i have added all details in that too, i have called their CUSTOMER CARE multiple times but no response.
Please HELP me and take severe action against MOBIKWIK and rectification of my cibil score...i have been mentally harassed severly by this people.
