Hi i have 20000 in my mobikwik wallet, when i am trying to transfer money from wallet to bank account, i am receiving a pop up to enter senders name. There is no such option to enter senders name. Can you please check with this or please deactivate or delete my account and give me my money back. Almost everyone is complaining the same. The customer care numbers are not at all working. It's the worst application ever.

On 5th jun i booked ticket from pollachi to chennai,
On 6th jun I received a message that tickets were cancelled without any reason
till now i would not received the refund amount 3585 inr

about three times queries were raised in Mobikwik website
