Hi, The operation is worst and the customer service is worst. I have added money mobikwik wallet to pay electricity charges. 13 times i attempted in 3 days and all the times it failed. Since i do not want to get my rs. 7700 stuck with this wallet. I decided to transfer the money to my bank account. Again this failed. Neither my account got credited nor the money was returned to the wallet for the failed money transfer. The only way to contact them is through their "help" link and absolutely no response for the complaint i raised for the past 3 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
