Mobikwik — Unable to access my account

On 25th December 2014, I added Rs 300 to my account and after that when i log in to my account, it gives an error that password is not correct, nothing is happen on resetting the password, they send the link to my email id but that link is useless. I also register the ticket on 25 December itself but they did nothing till now. Please help me. My email id is : [protected]@satyaedu.org
