I have been trying to repay my MobiKwik bill incurred for the electricity bill payment since two days.
None of the payment methods provided in the app are working. I tried UPI and i am not getting payment requests in the UPI apps.
I tried axis bank card, but it is saying International card supported !
I tried to raise a complaint in the app but it is showing error, try again when i try to use the chat option.
On top of all this, MobiKwik is now charging 1000rs fine for payment delay which happened due to issues in the app itself.
Please fix the issues and waive off the penalty charges.
