Am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent transaction I attempted to make through your platform, specifically using Zip for rent payment.On 2 january 2024, I initiated a rent payment transaction via Mobikwik's Zip feature to my landlord. However, despite the funds being debited from my Zip wallet, there has been no response or confirmation from my landlord's end. Furthermore, I have not received any transaction ID or related details pertaining to this transaction.When I attempted to review the transaction details on the Mobikwik app, I was met with a message stating "Invoice Not Available, " which is both concerning and frustrating. The lack of a proper invoice or transaction ID makes it challenging for me to track or verify the payment status.I understand that technical glitches or errors can occur in any system. However, as a customer, I expect transparency and immediate resolution when such issues arise. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide me with:A clear explanation for the delay and lack of transaction details.Confirmation of the payment status and assurance that the funds have reached the intended recipient.Immediate resolution or refund of the amount deducted if the transaction cannot be completed successfully.I trust that Mobikwik values its customers and their trust in the platform. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.
