Mobikwik — Unknown card claim - not my card

I am a customer of MOBIKWIK with my Citibank card with no dues to MOBIKWIK.

But this company keep sending me claims on some unknown card -
like this:- XXXXXXXX 00 which has nothing to do with me.
The Mobikwik web site does not have any access or reply to my complaints for several weeks.
Please help

Updated by DR Tyagarajan Baskaran This Company has no Communication section like E mail to detail the problems and has devious stock questions and answers without addressing problems. Such a big company at this Corona time, the company should be more helpful to the elderly like me. It must have a written channel for communication rather than unworkable telephone calls with auto answers.
