Mobikwik — upi transaction done but not received by end user

Hi my name is nihal i have done upi transaction from mobikwik the money has been transferred from sender but hasn't been received by the recivier end i request to please give me explaination.

The money got deducted from sender account and is not ben reflection on the account statement.
But not received by the receiver account
As there is urgent requirement of the money

Hi,
It's been 2 days since no information from mobikwik people please let me know where exactly the problem is so that I can contact the correct person as the sender bank has confirmed that transaction has been successful but the receiver bank has notefied that they cannot see any transaction.
