After a fraud, Mobikwik disabled my account. I complaint about this and sent all the required documents to [protected]@mobikwik.com. I got a ticket number - 144851 on 6th Sep 2022. After waiting more than 48 hours, I sent a reminder mail and asked for the update on 8th Sep 2022. Again I sent an email on 16th Sep 2022. But I did not get any response from them. I twitted and sent DM on twitter multiple times. But my issue is still unresolved. I have to pay my ZIP outstanding amount and the last date is 20th Sep. After that they will start charging penalty. Please reactivate my account asap.
