Mobikwik — wallet debit against bank transfer recovery-mobikwik | |||
On aug 25, 2018 i added inr 2172 in my mobikwik wallet. But, only 172 was added in my wallet. In history, it shows inr 2500 added successfully and in next transaction it shows "wallet debit against bank transfer recovery" and inr 2000 is deducted from the wallet. There is no invoice or detail of this transaction. I've tried contacting customer care but so far i haven't got any response. Please do not play with our money. Sir, i am a regular user of your app . one day i load an amount of 10.000 from then i am not able to use the wallet . and i have gone to kyc site it is saying that as per rbi guide lines u have to kyc to be done .but there is no response from u r team . plz solve my problem and i am from hyderabad
