Mobikwik — wallet enable related

I have loaded 9999Inr into my wallet at the same point of time after loading successfull my wallet got logged out then I tried to re login that shows user desabled then I dialled CUSTOMER CARE after long wait of 45 minutes representative taken my call and asked me to send an email about enabling of wallet on '[protected]@mobikwik.com' which I did then I got a reply after 2 hours they were seeking my documents Inshort they are harassing me to share my documents for which I replied I don't want your ### services I will never use your bloody wallet just refund my money to my card since that email I am waiting for their reply so far 2 days already passed I marked reminder emails but there is no response kindly look into it either enable my wallet or refund my money in my card Ill never share any of my personal documents with anyone
