Mobikwik Wallet Payment — Refund issue

In the month of December i used mobikwik payment wallet for paying bills while shopping on myntra. com.later i returned one product of amount 3753rs to retailer which in turn refunded amount back to mobikwik from where it was paid.now my mobikwik account showing zero balance. i registered complaint on mobikwik app and also by email many times after providing all details but they either dont reply or dont resolve my problem. i want amount to be refunded back to my bank account. i tried to raise issue many times but yet after many months they dont even reply. please help me to get my money back.
