I have tried to tansfer 5194.70/- wallet balance to hdcf bank account. But transaction was failed due to unknow issue and the amount in my wallet is zero. Attached screenshots for your reference. Please do the needful and also let me know for any information need like bank statement.

On 03 july 2019 I have transfer my money to mobikwik wallet to bank and also I haven't got there invoice about money tranfer to my account, and also money is been deducted from my wallet but it seem like they are taking to much time and I want that money in urgent so please take that matter seriously and thank you for reading my request,
