Mobikwik — While adding money to my wallet,my money of 2000 was deducted in my account but not added to my wallet

While adding 2000 rupees to my mobikwik wallet, my amount was deducted in my sbi account, but it was not added to my wallet.It was my first transaction in mobikwik. Lost 2000 .please resolve it quickly.I have filed ticket in mobikwik on[protected]...but no response from them.I have seen that most of the complaints of mobikwik are not solved..many complaints are in pending.I will b thankful i[censored] solve this issue quickly
