Mobikwik — withdrawal/account bank verification | |
Hi, This is so unfortunate that we as a customer are getting the worse customer services ever. I uploaded money in my wallet so that i could start using mobikwik. I wanted to use the wallet for couple of transactions like ordering online food, petrol etc but neither i can able to use money on any merchant nor i can make any bank withdrawal. It's been more than a week i am struggling to get my kyc updated. I cannot do it online as my new mobile phone number is not linked with aadhaar. I requested for a agent to visit my location but no one came. Neither i recieved any communication from mobikwik. This is really pathetic services. This is our hard earned money which i am not able to use. Please send somebody asap otherwise i am escalating it to consume court. Was this information helpful? | |
