Mobikwik — Wrong charges, late fee & penalties imposed | |||
Mobile Number-[protected]-SAPNA BAJAJANI I requested company to close my Zap account which was wrongly opened then the Mobikwik replied me that this account can not be closed but no activation charges will be recovered and even it is debited then it will be waived off. But when these charges were replied then I requested company to waive off this charge on 2nd Oct, 21 but the company did not reply till 18th Oct, 21 and even continued late fee and penalty. On 18th Oct 21 the company replied that the charges will be waived off but I will have to pay the late fee & penalties. I have again complained that when the original charges were wrong then how can the penalty or late fee can be imposed. This complaint is also pending since 18/10/21. I have also contacted on the phone on 18/10/21 the attending lady staff assured me that the necessary corrections will be done soon. But still the regular reminders are being sent me to pay the outstanding amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
