Mobikwik — Zip later due amount debited our a/c but your a/c shows dues

Zip later due amount rs.1734.41 paid on 20/01/2021. Amount debited in our sbi a/c but your a/c shows dues and ask me to clear dues with interest. Already submitted my proof in mobikwik help column. So far you are not resolved problem. Pls resolve the problem
