I am requesting you to waive off my penalty as its because of your mistake I wasn’t able to make the payment as my user access to mobikwik was disabled from your end before due date.
The mistake is not on my part, hence I am not liable for payment of the penalty.
I’m more than happy to make the bill payment minus the penalty.
I had contacted your support team multiple times to send me a manual link to process the payment but the link which was sent to me was invalid for payment. I have mailed the screenshots to your support team.
Tried creating tickets but the app would throw an error stating that
something went wrong, please try again later.
I have now received an sms with an additional penalty including which my bill stands at 2818 which was previously 2168.83. I am requesting you to waive of the penalty and send me a link of the actual amount to be paid minus the penalty. Registered Email is pratik.[protected]@rediffmail.com and number is [protected]
