Mobile E Mart — honor 7x battery malfunction

I had purchased a honor 7x battery from mobile emart with following details:

I am facing issues with battery performance and it is malfunctioning, sometimes doesn't even charge properly. They are providing 30 days replacement for factory defects.

I have raised ticket on their portal and posted a message if same 2-3 days back but i haven't received any acknowledgement yet from their end.
