Mobile E Mart — My order id is. #[protected] just show processing.

My order id is #[protected], i pay rs. 2999 for, coolpad max a8, display touch+lcd combo, my order just show processing, they not provide shipping tracking no. and contact no switched off and my mail response is nill... please solve my problem.
