[Resolved] Bagittoday &first Flight Courier — Regarding delivery of my product with Order id:33028597 | |||
I purchased a mobile JIVI JV-X3I/A3 through online booking in Bagittoday Website on[protected]. I paid the amount during booking itself.They said the product delivery time is 7 working days.But bagittoday people didn't dispatch my product within time. So i cancelled my product on[protected] and i demanded them to return my paid amount.But on[protected] i received a call from Bagittoday Mr.Uday Sharma,Executive-retention team, and he accepted to return my amount through store credit points in my bagittoday regestered id.I submitted my regestered id to them through mail. In between i called to bagittoday for my store credit points,but they not provided any store credit points to my bagittoday account.On[protected] i received a mail from bagittoday that your product invoice prepared and ready to dispatch. Then i replied to them to change my shipping address,because i transfered from that place.But they dispatched the product to the old address on[protected] through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER from Gurgaon to Mansa with Consignment No:O20231703. After dispatching,first flight courier people didn't update the status in their website and daily i called to first flight courier people(batinda&mansa region) and bagittoday people regarding the delivery of my product. Batinda first flight courier people accepted that my product reached there on[protected] and they informed me that we dispatched your product to mansa.On[protected] i received a call from bagittoday regarding product receiver name and i replied them with my friend name:N.S.PACHIAPPAN.But on[protected] field courier service boy delivered my product to unknown person without intimating to my mobile call.
