I have placed an order(mobile) from www.kaunsa.com on 5th may. Before placing order it was showing that the delivery time will be within 7-10 days. But after placing order it is showing that the delivery time will be on or before 21st May. After calling so many times finally the customer care executive picked up the phone & she confirm me that the delivery date will be on or before 23rd May & not within 21st may. Even they do not reply complaints properly. Please help me.
