I had place order for blue max 18 mobile on date 16 June 2012 and i got confirmation for that product will delivered after 4-5 working days hence i wait for the same but i didn't received requested mobile within said period hence i had wrote mail to customer care then i got revert that product is dispatch but after several follow up i received the product after 17 days the first issue is that if company is claiming that product will be delivered 4-5 days then why the same is delivered after 17-18 days.
As i received the product i had check and got conclusion that the product which is requested by me is Blue max18 but the received product is Blue Max81 which not looking same then i had mail communication for the said issue then they had given me explanation that the requested product is not in sock hence they gave me another product but i strongly said to customer care that the i don't need this hence they offer me new model that Blue max36 but i insist the company to send me requested model but they don't answer to my mail and calls.
The model which is received is not working properly hence i need to change the same but i received the receipt of Blue Max18 but the current model is Blue max81 hence i cant claim to mobile company to repair or replace the same hence i had write the mail to Minger to provide me correct receipt but i didn't received revert from the said company.
Please help me on the said issue that will help me to solve my problem....
