Nokia / Nokia Asha311 — Cell servicing complaints

I have purchased a nokia Asha 311 on 6th october from navi mumbai Mobile store.
The cell initially was working excellent and fullfilled my purpose of buying this
cell and trusting the brand. But after 15to20 days .There was some shadow proble
m between the icons on the main menu screen . So i visited the nokia care center located
at Vashi :

After my visit to this nokia center the cell is continuously showing the problem
. I cannot use any applications like Whats App , Facebook , Internet or any othe
r application while its processing the cell gets hung and it is automatically restarte
d on and off and a black screen appears and i again have to start any of the application.
i have given my cell to above mentioned service center 4 times out of which 3 time
s they have sent it ot delhi and changed my battery , pcb , screen everything bu
t still i am getting this problem. Will i ever get a solution to this .
i had to purchase another cell for my regular communication purpose because nokia cell
has hardly been with me for 3 months out of 6 months.

So now this is a complain to all consumer forums and request you to take strict actions
for my problem .
My cell is again with the same service center for the 5th time with same problem and this
time i will not take the cell back from the service center until they provide me with
perfect solution or a replacement and gurantee that now it wont cause any problem .
And if they cannot assure me or give any solution i would request them to refund my money
. i will purchase another brand cellphone..

I have also spoken to nkokia care headoffice and there i have spoken to one of executive Gaurav a
nd his Manger Mr Jaya and they have given me 48 hours time and if
they fail this time i will file a case aganst this company and also submit all proofs
regarding it to the Newspaper Times Of India..
