Samsung — FREQUENT FAULT IN MOBILE
I am Sr. Accounts Officer of BSNL, Calcutta Telephones. I have purchased one Samsung (E-2120) Handset on 06/07/10 (SL.NO. 352581/04/609737/7, IMSI NO.RW6Z563582D) from Prime Retail India Ltd., 1, R.N. Mukherjee Road, Kol-700 001 (Ph.No.[protected]/95). In the mean time the set got faulty and was placed before SAMSUNG Customer Center at C.R.Avenue, Girishpark, Kolkata. They took about 19 days to repair the set. Today my set has gone again out of order and tomorrow it is to be handed over to the said Service Center again . I don't know how much time the Service Center will take to repair it.I am a customer. Have I done anything wrong by choosing the 'SAMSUNG MOBILE SET (E-2120) ". Now a days Mobile is not a showpiece or toy. The set is freequently going out of order and handing over to Customer Center as the set is within Warantee Period.
I don't know what will be the fet of the set after WARANTEE PERIOD.
Hence, I, therefore, request you to kindly replace the defective set by a new one.

Samsung — mobile failure
dear sir,i had purchased a samsung mobile ( galaxy pop) at 11 july 2011, but after two & half month. it give trouble to me, i went to your service centre, they checked it told me that its speaker need to replace, it is shoking to me that what is the quality of samsung.
i dont want to repair of this mobile, so plz replace it,

Samsung Mobile — frequent complaints
i am having frequent complaint with samsung mobile hanset, twice i had to surrender it to local service centre. now i am having complaint with my battery. is it possible to lodge a complaint in kannur(kerala) consumer court. if yes, then what is the procedure.
