I had ordered a smart phone on ShopClues.com on 15-Jun-13 and paid full amount of Rs 10990. after a week of days later the status said order picked up. Followign is order details 15 Jun 2013, 07:36 PM order no: 4349849 INTEX i5 QUADCORE (QTY:1) Rs.10,990 Processing - Order Picked up Reorder this order couple of weeks later requested to cancel, as i could not recieve the item. As already emailed several times, due to delay in the order, please cancel the order and pay me the amount.
As the delay happened, I had bought from other shop, so this mobile is of no use to me.
Request to cancel the order. I have no option found in your website to cancel this order.
